Join Kira for an evening of total relaxation with her essential oils. You will center your breath, your body and your mind, while aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness. We will always use props to assist in helping you relax your muscles to find release. The restorative practice with Kira will always be a meditation on the breath. Lowering your cortisol level will help you sleep, loose weight, overcome stress, depression and anxiety. All the organ systems of the body are benefited in restorative yoga and you may experience improvement of immune function, digestion and elimination, lowering of blood pressure and reduction of muscle tension and general fatigue. Intro to Yoga: July

We understand it can be overwhelming to try something new. If the idea of a yoga practice seems interesting to you but you’re not sure how to get started, join us for our Intro to Yoga series. This 4-week course includes one class per week where you’ll learn basic postures, breathing techniques and skills in a small group setting that focuses on individualized attention. You’ll feel stronger and more flexible in your body, more relaxed in mind and will have the knowledge and confidence to participate in regular group classes. To support your goal of sustaining your yoga practice long term, we are offering all Intro to Yoga students a 20% discount on class packages (must be purchased on or before your last Intro class and doesn’t include unlimited month or year pricing).

$90 or sign up with a friend and you each get $10 off on your enrollment. Single sessions $25 each.
