Join Kira for an evening of total relaxation with her essential oils. You will center your breath, your body and your mind, while aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness. We will always use props to assist in helping you relax your muscles to find release. The restorative practice with Kira will always be a meditation on the breath. Lowering your cortisol level will help you sleep, loose weight, overcome stress, depression and anxiety. All the organ systems of the body are benefited in restorative yoga and you may experience improvement of immune function, digestion and elimination, lowering of blood pressure and reduction of muscle tension and general fatigue. Girls Yoga

Join Kira Maar for a fun, empowering yoga and meditation practice specifically tailored to girls ages 11-14. The girls will gain confidence, build friendships, and laugh a lot while rocking out poses. We will also explore sitting in silence, lowering our stress level while creating awareness and being present. This series is built to nurture the love of self via the practice of yoga. $100 for all 4 weeks.
