Join Kira Maar for an in-depth exploration of restorative yoga. Whether you want to honor your own practice and go deeper as a student, or further your education as a yoga teacher and learn to teach restorative yoga; this course offers an advanced look at what restorative yoga is, how it feels on your body, its benefits, and how you set up a home practice. Restorative yoga will change the way your body experiences pain and stress, and consequently how your body heals itself. Come and experience the joy of release! For teachers furthering their studies, this workshop series records 20 hours with Yoga Alliance.

Restore and Release

Join Kira for an evening of total relaxation with her essential oils. You will center your breath, your body and your mind, while aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness. We will always use props to assist in helping you relax your muscles to find release. The restorative practice with Kira will always be a meditation on the breath. Lowering your cortisol level will help you sleep, loose weight, overcome stress, depression and anxiety. All the organ systems of the body are benefited in restorative yoga and you may experience improvement of immune function, digestion and elimination, lowering of blood pressure and reduction of muscle tension and general fatigue.
